Payments, Cancellations, & Refunds
Payment & Booking
- Please be sure to make your payment within one (1) hour of booking.
- Booking will be considered confirmed once payment is received.
- Non-receipt of payment within the allotted time will result to the cancellation of your booking.
Appointment Cancellations & Refunds
- We will prioritize rescheduling your treatment instead of a full cancellation for emergency cases.
- Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund.
- Appointments cancelled on the scheduled day will be considered fulfilled and forfeit; no refund will be issued.
